We’re releasing them in stages to ensure a smooth experience, so if you don’t see them just yet, they’ll be with you very soon.

***UPCOMING WEBINAR: Discover these new features in our live Q&A session on 11th June***

1. Custom MyValutico: More Personalization and Flexibility

¿Cómo?
For MyValutico customers, we’ve enhanced Custom MyValutico with additional customization options and improved user experience. Now you can include more detailed questions, support for multiple trading multiples, remove the questions and slides you don’t need, and make your client-facing communications even more tailored.

¿dónde?
These updates can be accessed within Custom MyValutico settings and will be reflected in both the MyValutico form and the exported PowerPoint/PDF reports.

¿Por qué es importante?
These improvements allow you to better customize the valuation process for prospects, and increase flexibility in how data is presented.

2. Cost of Capital: More Flexibility, Methods, and Control

¿Cómo?
We’ve enhanced the standalone Cost of Capital step with updated charts—now including visuals for the Cost of Equity premium, Spread over Risk-Free Rate, and Debt/Equity ratio, among others. You’ll also find new options for setting the Risk-Free Rate, Spread over Risk-Free Rate, and Tax Rate. Additionally, we’ve improved how you input and adjust Debt and Equity ratios for a smoother experience.

¿dónde?
These updates are within the Cost of Capital step, located before the “Valuation Overview” in the process.

¿Por qué es importante?
Whether you’re valuing public or private companies, these enhancements give you more control over how discount rates are built—ensuring greater transparency, methodological flexibility, and consistency across your team.

3. Add Per-Share Valuations Across Your Reports

¿Cómo?
In addition to Enterprise Value and Equity Value, Valutico now supports a third valuation display: Equity Value Per Share. This new option helps users present valuations at a more granular level—ideal for stakeholder reporting and increased transparency.

¿dónde?
Set the total number of shares in the Valuation Overview via Change Parameters. Once defined, you can select Equity Value Per Share as your preferred value display option. When selected, both the Football Field and Levels of Value charts will automatically present figures on a per-share basis.

All valuation methods support this enhancement—both within the platform and in exports—ensuring consistency across your analyses and presentations.

¿Por qué es importante?
These updates give you added flexibility in how valuation results are communicated—whether at the entity level or per share. It’s especially useful when precise ownership or investment value per share needs to be highlighted.

4. Find Companies Faster with Smart Search

¿Cómo?
You can now search for private companies more easily using our new autosuggest feature. Start typing a company name and select from a smart list of matching results—or continue entering it manually if you prefer.

¿dónde?
This enhancement is available in the “Create Valuation” step when you start a new project.

¿Por qué es importante?
By selecting from verified company suggestions, you save time and improve the accuracy of Co-Pilot’s recommendations—giving you a more relevant and tailored valuation from the start.

5. Simplified Flow-to-Equity Method Reintroduced

What’s New?
We’ve listened to your feedback and are pleased to reintroduce the Simplified Flow-to-Equity method, which is now available alongside the dynamic Flow-to-Equity method. This update gives you more flexibility in how you approach your valuation calculations.

¿dónde?
Both valuation methods are available in the valuation overview in the platform as well as in the exports.

Why Does This Matter?
By reintroducing this method, we’re ensuring you have the flexibility to choose the one that best suits your needs. We’ve also updated the logic to ensure the correct alignment between maturity and method, improving accuracy and consistency in your valuations.

6. More Informed Peer Selection with Financials

¿Cómo?
We’ve upgraded the Peer Selection module with new financial metrics. You can now view Net Sales, EBITDA, EBIT, and Net Income as sortable columns for more detailed peer analysis and comparison.

¿dónde?
These updates are integrated directly within the Selección por pares screen. The new financial columns will appear in the peer comparison table for easier, customizable analysis.

¿Por qué es importante?
The added financial metrics, like EBIT and Net Income, enable more precise peer analysis.
