1. AI Insights for Cost of Capital and Forecast

¿Cómo?
Eva AI now provides intelligent, contextual insights wherever you need them – both in Coste del capital and in Previsión. By leveraging publicly available data – from central bank publications and macroeconomic indicators to industry research and analyst reports – Eva AI helps you justify, refine, or challenge your assumptions.

Cost of Capital: Click the Eva AI icon next to any WACC input to see instant insights.

Forecast: On the Benchmarking+ screen, Eva AI provides insights for key forecast metrics, such as Net Sales Growth, EBIT Margin, and Capex as a % of Net Sales, displayed beside your forecast charts.

Having Eva AI insights available across modules ensures you understand the story behind your numbers at every stage of your valuation, helping you make confident, data-driven decisions without leaving the workflow.

2. Forecast Faster With Multi-File Upload

¿Cómo?
You can now use Eva AI to upload and process multiple PDFs or Excel files simultaneously – including Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cashflow Statements. This enhancement lets you combine historical financials from previous years with management forecasts for future periods, giving you a complete, time-based view of company performance. You can also preview and map fields before applying them, with real-time progress tracking for every file.

Within the Previsión module. Files are processed asynchronously, so you can continue working while Eva AI handles uploads and mapping in the background.

This update reduces manual effort and improves accuracy by leveraging AI to process and map your data automatically. With faster, more reliable imports – covering both past results and future expectations – you can build comprehensive financial forecasts with greater confidence and efficiency.

3. Collaborate with the New Editor Role

¿Cómo?
We’re introducing the Editor role, letting you collaborate by giving colleagues permission to update shared valuations. Building on the Viewer role from August, this supports full multi-user workflows while keeping the existing “share via link” functionality available to use as well.

Manage Editor access in Manage Valuations & Folders. Owners can share valuations with colleagues and assign either Viewer or Editor permissions. Shared valuations appear in a dedicated tab, and all core modules – Company Details, Qualitative Assessment, Forecast, Peer Selection, Transactions, ESG, Cost of Capital, Valuation Overview, and Exports – support this pattern.

For DoneDiligence Users

4.  Control Who Sees What in Your Virtual Data Room

¿Cómo?
You can now control access to files and folders in the DoneDiligence Virtual Data Room on different levels. It’s possible to set them on project, folder or file level, giving you maximum control. This lets you decide exactly who can view or edit content, ensuring sensitive data is only shared with the right people.

¿dónde?
When uploading a file or creating a folder, permissions are initially inherited from the project or organization. You can adjust access via the Manage Permissions button in the Actions section, granting Viewer, Editor, or Owner rights to additional users. Permissions set at the folder level automatically apply to all files inside that folder.

This feature gives you precise control over data visibility, helping you protect sensitive information while still enabling safe and flexible collaboration across projects.

Security Enhancements
You can now enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) from your Security Settings for an extra layer of protection when logging in, helping safeguard your sensitive valuation data.

Expanded Benchmarking+ Metrics
Benchmarking+ now includes 15 fields, with additional balance sheet and performance metrics such as Cash, Accounts Receivable, Inventories, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets and Book Equity. These updates let you benchmark and validate more aspects of your forecasts, providing greater transparency and confidence in both public and private company analyses.

View Peers’ Historical Financials
You can now see historical financials for peers, including Sales, EBITDA, EBIT, and Net Income, along with calculated historical multiples. This makes it easier to benchmark performance, validate forward-looking multiples, and gain insight into how peers have performed over time.
